What types of wax do you sell?
We offer AA+ grade Soy Wax Chunks, Soy Wax Pellets, Golden Soy Flakes, 464 Soy Wax Slabs, and Paraffin Wax Blocks. All our waxes are premium quality for clean-burning candles with excellent fragrance throw.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship to all Indian states and union territories. Shipping is free for orders above Rs.1499, otherwise a flat shipping charge applies. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Can I return products?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I choose the right wick size?
Wick size depends on your jar diameter: 3-inch wicks for jars under 7cm, 5-6 inch wicks for medium jars (7-9cm), and 8-inch wicks for large jars (9cm+). German braided wicks work best for larger containers.
Which wax is best for beginners?
Soy Wax Chunks (AA+ Grade) are ideal for beginners — they melt easily, produce clean-burning candles, and have excellent fragrance throw. Start with 500g for practice.

What is the shelf life of soy wax?
Soy wax has a shelf life of approximately 1-2 years when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
