About this jar

Premium amber glass jars with ribbed black metal lids. Same 100 ml body as our classic amber jar, but with a sleek black lid instead of the standard gold — a cleaner, more modern finish that suits candles, balms, salves, and small-batch gifting.
Thick-walled amber glass that hides wax discoloration and keeps fragrances protected from light. The black lid screws on securely with a tight seal, perfect for leak-safe transit or shelf-ready retail.

Jar prep & pouring tips
Wash and dry fully before your first pour. Any moisture inside will cause "wet spots" on the jar wall after the wax sets.
Warm the jar before pouring. A cold jar can crack when hot wax hits it. Leave jars in warm room air (25–30°C) for 20 minutes or heat gently on a pouring tray.
Fill to about 1cm below the neck. Overfilling leads to spillover when the wax expands and contracts.
Pick the right wick diameter. Roughly: 40–60ml jar → thin wick; 100–150ml → medium; 200ml+ → thick or braided. See our Wicks section for guidance.
